Grass-Fed Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps
These fresh and flavorful lettuce wraps are a quick, healthy way to enjoy Hunters Lake Ranch grass-fed ground beef. Lightly seasoned with ginger, garlic, and soy, and topped with crisp veggies and herbs, they make a perfect weeknight meal or lunch that’s both nourishing and satisfying — no bun required!

Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Hunters Lake Ranch ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and softened.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  4. Remove from heat. Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves.
  5. Top with carrot, cabbage, and fresh herbs. Squeeze lime over the top if you like a little zest.
  6. Roll up and enjoy immediately!
